One of my favorite artists of all time is Erol Otus. He is best known for his work in TSR, the Dungeons And Dragons / role-playing games company. Quirky like nobody's business, it seems like everything he draws is just a little mal-formed, even beautiful women. Mal-formed in a good way if that makes any sense... He did most of his TSR work from about 1978 - 1983. He should be more widely known. This piece is from the back cover of TSR's Rogue's Gallery.
